I’m guessing he is on bridging visa that is granted to students while waiting for their proper one, the power is in the hand of the employer/auntie to withdraw her support to acquire his working visa…re: the girl, if she is here legally, I don’t think there is a ground for her deportation unless she exceeds working rights for a student or any other valid cause…albeit, violence against women is taken seriously in this country.
